MediaWiki is currently my favorite tool for note taking. I organize many aspects of my professional and personal life in multiple MediaWiki instances. Although I had the documentation for the External Data extension and the excellent book Working with MediaWiki, I struggled to get it working. And I was surprised to not find any tutorials on YouTube. I have learned so much from YouTube tutorials and wanted to give back.
Tech:
I had done some editing in iMovie, but I wanted to try out a green screen for this project. It took about 20 hours for me to learn and complete the editing in DaVinci Resolve (with more than a little help from LinkedIn Learning, YouTube, and ChatGPT). Unbelievable capabilities and surprisingly easy to learn.
